Our non-refundable student registration fee is $130.

Registering for your seat is a three-step process:
1) Click on the “Continue to Register” button below to access our application form and complete the questions.
2) Add your application to the cart by clicking the “Continue to Register” button at the bottom of the application.
3) Go to your cart and check out.

Registrations are due March 22, 2024. As soon as your registration is received, applicants will receive a confirmation receipt with the next steps to complete your application. These next steps are: 1) submitting your teacher recommendation form (found here for strings, and here for woodwinds)* and 2) submitting your video audition. The audition upload form may be found here.

*Note for Pianists: Please have your teacher submit a letter of recommendation to: info@justchambermusic.com in lieu of a recommendation form.

**PLEASE NOTE** Your application will not be complete until we have received your teacher recommendation form and video, in addition to your registration form and payment.

Placement in Overture and Conservatory ensembles will be determined based on the applicant’s audition video.

Once your student has completed their application and been placed within their program and ensemble, you will receive an email by April 5, 2024 with placement and tuition fee information. Please refer to this email and follow the instructions to complete your payment. Tuition is due May 20, 2024.

  • Yes, all students will receive music via email to print out and prepare prior to the first day.

  • All applicants are required to submit an audition. An audition recording is an integral part of the application process and is used to place students in the ensemble best suited to their skill level. Follow this link to submit your audition recording.

  • The first 7 days are filled with rehearsals, performance class opportunities, and some downtime during breaks for students to get to know each other, perhaps play a quick soccer game and recharge for the remaining coaching session of the day.

    Day 8 is the concert day and has an alternate schedule TBA.

  • JCM accepts students with a wide range of abilities and skillsets. It is always our goal to include all interested students who apply by the application deadline.

  • Partial scholarships are available to students with financial need. Please contact the director at info@justchambermusic.com for further information.

  • Faculty assigned to coach the Overture Ensembles will rotate through all of those student groups.

    Faculty assigned to coach the Conservative Ensembles will rotate through all of those student groups.

  • JCM meets for 8 days during 2 consecutive weeks (June 10-14, 2024 and June 17-19, 2024).

    Coaching and rehearsals June 10-14 and June 17 will be held at Front Range Community College, Larimer Campus, 4616 South Shields, Fort Collins, CO.

    Overture Ensembles meet from 2:00-4:00pm

    Conservatory Ensembles meet from 4:00-7:30pm

    On Tuesday, June 18 and Wednesday, June 19 we move to a different location for the dress rehearsal and concert days. The location for both days is Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 East Stuart St, Fort Collins, CO.

    Festival times remain the same on dress rehearsal day. On concert day, June 19, students arrive at 5:30. Doors open at 5:50 and the Concert begins at 6:00pm.

    Daily Attendance is required for the duration of the student’s assigned Ensemble time and for the entire concert.
